Adele Darby-Simmonds has experience as a Sessional Lecturer at Halesowen College delivering VRQ hairdressing L2. Adele also worked at TONI&GUY as a Style Director, where Adele retrained to a Toni&Guy standard and built up their clientele to hit personal targets. Currently, Adele is the Operations Manager at Paragon Skills with a background in education management, specializing in career development, operations management, coaching, and quality management. Additionally, Adele serves as a Skills tutor with a focus on performance improvement.
