Tim Kinzer

Tim Kinzer has extensive experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as AVP of Contact Center Technology at Parallon since May 2016, where previous roles included Director and Manager of Application Services. Prior to Parallon, Tim held the position of Director of Operations at Amplion Clinical Communications from September 2013 to January 2016 and worked as an IT/Operations Consultant at Kinzer Consulting between April 2012 and September 2013. Tim's earlier career includes significant roles such as Director of Technical Services at Healthcare Management Systems, Director of ISO Development at USA Payment Services, VP of Technology at Transcendant Holdings Corporation, and various positions at Comdata, culminating in a role as Senior Project Manager/System Engineer. Tim is a graduate of Western Kentucky University.
