Kateryna Yermak

Kateryna Yermak is a seasoned training specialist with extensive experience in soft skills and language training. Currently serving as a Training Specialist at ParentPay since September 2022, Kateryna also founded Speak To Grow in June 2020, providing professional communication training in various formats. Previous roles include Lecturer on Academic and Professional English at the Kyiv School of Economics and Soft Skills and Language Trainer at Playtika and the British Council Ukraine, where specialized communication courses were developed for civil servants. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, Kateryna has conducted numerous training sessions, developed educational materials, and engaged in course design and feedback processes, complemented by a robust educational background in Linguistics from the National Aviation University.
