Declan Keogh

Declan Keogh has extensive experience in the field of real-world data and evidence solutions. Declan started their career at Quintiles as a Clinical Data Co-ordinator before moving on to Pfizer, where they worked as a Study Data Manager. Declan then joined Amgen as a Lead Data Manager, where they played a crucial role in Phase II and III monoclonal antibody oncology studies. Later, they worked at NMS Group as a Lead Data Manager and at Renovo as a Clinical Data Management Team Leader. At PAREXEL, Declan held various roles, including Data Operations Leader, Manager of Data Operations Leadership, Head of RWE Data Management/Global Data Operations Strategic Account Oversight, Director of Real World Data and Evidence Solutions, and Vice President of Real World Data Process & Solution Development. Declan also worked at IQVIA as a Real World Evidence Strategy Lead before joining Precision Digital Health, Inc as a Consultant. Currently, Declan is the Vice President & Head of Real World Data at Parexel, leading the development and delivery of new, scalable RWD capabilities.

Declan Keogh completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Science at Trinity College Dublin from 1991 to 1995. Declan then pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Environmental Science at Queen's University Belfast from 1995 to 1996.
