Allison Liefer

Allison Liefer currently serves as the Regional Director for the Midwest at Parkinson's Foundation, a role held since June 2019, where Allison previously held positions as Senior Development Director and Development Director for the Midwest Chapter. Prior experience includes a board member role at Plant Chicago and Vice President of Development at Common Threads, as well as Director of Foundation Relationships at the same organization. Additional experience encompasses a tenure as Programs Director at Girls in the Game and Manager of Community Initiatives at Greater Chicago Food Depository. Earlier career roles include Director of National Operations and Culinary Program Manager at Common Threads. Allison Liefer has received a Certificate of Professional Achievement in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Kellogg Executive Education and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University, along with a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Michigan. Further culinary training was obtained at The French Pastry School.
