Anne-Maarit Sepling is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Paroc. Anne-Maarit has over thirteen years of experience in marketing, communications, commercialization, and customer experience projects. Sepling has worked extensively with small to medium size companies in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.

Sepling began their career as a Brand Communications Manager at Honkarakenne Oyj in April 2008. In January 2011, they were promoted to Manager of Global Marketing Communications at Stora Enso. One year later, they became the Director of Customer Experience and Brand at Stora Enso. In June 2012, they joined Paroc as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications.

Sepling is a driven professional who has a passion for helping companies succeed. Her experience and expertise have helped countless businesses reach their full potential.

Anne-Maarit Sepling has a long and varied educational career. Anne-Maarit started out as a vocational teacher at HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences, before obtaining an executive degree (JET) from the Jyväskylä Institute of Adult Education. Anne-Maarit later became a Global Business Talent (GBT) from TalentGate Oy/Honkarakenne Oyj, and then went on to earn a Master of Sciences in Food Economics from the University of Helsinki. Finally, they became a First Aid Nurse from the Helsinki IV Health Care Institute.

They work with Jan Gustafsson - SVP, Anders Dahlblom - Chief Financial Officer, and Vesa Karvonen - Director of Legal Affairs. Anne-Maarit Sepling reports to Kari Lehtinen, CEO.
