Julia Ott

Julia Ott currently serves as an HR Business Partner at ParshipMeet Group since September 2023. Prior to this, Julia held various positions at LOVOO from June 2018 to October 2023, progressing from Customer Service Werkstudentin to Team & People Development Manager and eventually Senior Team & People Development Manager. Julia began her career at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf, where Julia completed a shortened training program as a Kauffrau im Einzelhandel. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftspädagogik from Technische Universität Dresden and a certification in Mediation & Konfliktmanagement from Evangelische Hochschule für Sozialarbeit Dresden.
