Shimi has held prominent positions at various companies, including Senior Associate at Jacobs Associates during 2012-2013, and is currently a Senior Engineering Manager at Parsons since 2008. Shimi's extensive project experience includes notable works such as the Kensico-Eastview Connection Tunnel and the LAX Passenger Tunnel. Additionally, Shimi served as a Project Manager for the Israeli Air Force from 1993 to 1999. Shimi studied at the Colorado School of Mines from 2003 to 2004.
