Jerald Ostrander

Jerald Ostrander has extensive experience in environmental management and project leadership within the field of environmental solutions. Starting as an Environmental Scientist with Handex and later Environmental Alliance, Inc., between 1999 and 2002, Jerald transitioned to various project management roles, including Project Manager at Geologic Services Corporation and Brinkerhoff Environmental Services, Inc. From 2013 to 2018, Jerald served as Environmental Remediation Coordinator for LUKOIL NORTH AMERICA LLC, followed by a tenure as Regional Director of the Environmental Solutions Group at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. Since July 2025, Jerald has held the position of Managing Director and Principal at the same firm. Additionally, Jerald founded and operated Oak Tree Landscape Design and Hardscapes, demonstrating expertise in creating outdoor environments. Jerald holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Sciences from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
