Prashant Biwal

Prashant Biwal is a seasoned management consultant currently serving as a Partner at Partners in Performance since May 2022, focusing on operational effectiveness and organizational excellence for complex organizations. Previously served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from March 2017 to May 2022, and prior to that held the position of Senior Manager in Resources (Oil and Gas) at Accenture from March 2010 to February 2017. Prashant began the professional journey as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger from November 2001 to November 2008 and further enriched academic credentials with an MBA in General Management from IMD in 2009, alongside completing CFA Level 3 from the CFA Institute in 2015. Prashant also holds a Master of Science (Hons.) in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Electronics and Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where studies were completed from 1996 to 2001.
