Rob Fowler is a seasoned professional in sustainable finance and energy transition, currently serving as a Partner in the Energy Transition Practice at Partners in Performance, where the focus is on reducing emissions and guiding organizations towards a net-zero-carbon future. Previous roles include serving as a Green Bond Expert at CICERO Shades of Green, providing environmental assessments for green bond frameworks, and as a Green, Social & Sustainable Bond Expert at the Asian Development Bank, supporting issuers and investors within the ASEAN+3 region. Rob also held a leadership position as Chair of the Risk Committee at Lower Murray Water, emphasizing water and climate resilience in Australia.
