Michelle Rivera-Sablande (She/Her)

Michelle Rivera-Sablande is the Director of School Support & Operations at Partnership Schools, where she leads operational strategy across four schools in Cleveland. Her work centers on finance, human resources, and enrollment systems to strengthen organizational performance, sustainability, and efficiency.

Previously, Michelle served as an Assessment Specialist at Success Academy Charter Schools, where she managed statewide assessment logistics and partnered closely with faculty and school leaders to analyze data and support instructional decision-making. Deeply committed to equity and systemic change in education, Michelle holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Developmental & Child Psychology from the City University of New York–Brooklyn College. She is currently preparing to pursue a master’s degree in education policy to further advance her impact on educational systems serving historically under-resourced communities.
