Ruslan A. Alakbarov

Ruslan A. Alakbarov currently serves as the Director of Marketing and CX department at PASHA Insurance OJSC, a position held since November 2025, and is also involved in business transformation at the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation since March 2021. Previously, Ruslan held various roles at PASHA Life from July 2016 to November 2025, including Head of Marketing office, Head of Marketing and Product Development, and Agile Product Owner, responsible for maximizing product value within the scrum development team. Ruslan’s earlier experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Azerbaijan State University of Economics and serving as a Sales Trainer and Marketing Manager at Bank Respublika OJSC. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Warwick, a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Ghent University, and ongoing finance studies at Harvard Business School.
