Customer Success Manager at Passenger

Kerrie Grant has a diverse work experience beginning in 2010 as a Receptionist and Sales Assistant at Glen Nevis Holidays. In 2013, they joined First Group as a Graduate Bus Operations Management Trainee and later became an Interim Staff Manager. Kerrie then moved on to Salisbury Reds in 2016, where they served as an Assistant Operations Manager. In 2017, Kerrie transitioned to Go South Coast Ltd as the Uni Link Manager/Assistant Operations Manager. Kerrie'smost recent position is with Passenger, where they currently work as a Customer Success Manager, starting in 2021.

Kerrie Grant attended Lochaber High School from 2002 to 2009. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at the University of Stirling from 2009 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honours degree in Psychology and Sociology.
