Amanda Shadiack

Amanda Shadiack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social justice, equity, and antiracism initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Programs Manager for Global Justice, Equity & Antiracism at Patagonia since December 2021, Amanda previously held the position of Senior Consultant at APCO Worldwide, where strategic philanthropic strategies were developed for brands, high-profile individuals, and nonprofits. Areas of expertise encompass economic opportunity for underrepresented communities, racial equity, gender equality, LGBTQ+ issues, and STEM education. Prior roles include Research Associate at Investigative Group International, Project Assistant at the National Democratic Institute, Teaching Assistant at Stanford University, and Master's Aide at Yale University. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Yale University and a Master of Science in Policy, Gender & Inequalities from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
