Jennifer McLeod has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and administration. Jennifer began their career as a sales manager with Minit Canada Ltd., where they were responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing a team of sales representatives. In 2008, they transitioned to the fitness industry, first as a manager with OneUp Fitness, and then as the manager of administration and client care with the One to One Wellness Centre. In 2018, Jennifer founded their own professional organizing company, Neat Geek Organizing. Jennifer has also worked as the director of client experience for HomeEXCEPT and is currently a customer success manager with PathFactory. Throughout their career, Jennifer has excelled at developing strong relationships with clients and providing them with exceptional service. Jennifer is passionate about helping others create efficient systems and organized spaces that improve their quality of life.
