Katarzyna Gładysz

Katarzyna Gładysz is a Senior E-Commerce Graphic Designer at Pathfinder 23. Katarzyna has also worked as a Graphic Designer / Marketing Assistant at Piano Bar Restaurant & Café and as a Graphic Designer at AE Agencja Eventowa Poznań. In their previous position as an Architekt at CDF Architekci, they were responsible for the creative and artistic supervision of one of the most prestigious premium restaurants and music clubs in Poznań, in the "Stary Browar" Business and Art Centre. Katarzyna also developed annual marketing plans, from concept to implementation, including the Food Box (lunches to go during the summer: concept, packaging design, advertising campaign), Chef's Dinners (choice of themes, menu design, scenography, event plans) + outdoor events, the "Try our service" campaign (idea and creative line, photo shoot, PR elements).

In their current position, they are responsible for creating graphics for print (posters, leaflets, brochures, billboards) and for social media, website management, preparing advertising campaigns, photography, and supporting the marketing department.

Katarzyna Gładysz is a graduate of Poznan University of Technology, where they earned their Master of Architecture degree. Katarzyna also participated in a student exchange program at Leibniz Universität Hannover, where they studied architecture and urban planning.

They are on a team with Albert Krajewski - Senior E-commerce Designer, Julia Błaszczak - Senior E-commerce Graphic Designer, and Justyna Kubista - E-commerce Graphic Designer. Their manager is Jakub Krysiak, Head of Design Operations.
