Cecilia Mwaya Jordan

Cecilia Mwaya Jordan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cecilia began their career in 2008 as an ESL Teacher Intern at the English Language Institute (ELI) of Barcelona. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Community Fundraiser & Youth Specialist at Young Life, where they connected teenagers with caring adults in their community. In 2013, they served as a Customer Experience Manager at dELiA*s.

In 2014, Cecilia joined DeVry University as an Admissions Recruiter, where they interviewed prospective students, evaluated their qualifications, and guided them through the registration process. Cecilia also collaborated with other departments to ensure good customer service.

From 2015 to 2022, Cecilia worked at The Jacobson Group, a leading global provider of insurance talent. Cecilia held multiple roles during their tenure, starting as a Recruiter, where they connected organizations with insurance professionals. Cecilia then transitioned to an Executive Recruiter, specializing in identifying and attracting high-performing executives for leadership roles in the insurance industry. As an Account Manager, they worked closely with internal and external teams to bridge the gap between recruiting and client management, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction. Cecilia also played a key role in launching new projects and onboarding candidates.

In 2022, Cecilia will be joining PatientPoint® as a Human Resources Generalist, where they will bring their expertise in HR to support the organization's needs. Additionally, they worked at PatientPoint® as a Senior Recruiter from 2022 to 2023, showcasing their strong recruitment skills.

Cecilia Mwaya Jordan attended Rich East Campus High School from an unknown starting year until 2005. Cecilia did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during their time there. After high school, from 2005 to 2009, Cecilia attended Baptist Bible College, where they pursued a degree in Intercultural Studies within the field of Humanities/Humanistic Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, Cecilia obtained the TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification in May 2009. The institution where they obtained this certification is not specified. Later, in November 2018, they obtained the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) certification from The Institutes.
