Carles Ribas

Carles Ribas is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in operations management across various international markets. Currently serving as the Regional SC Director for HARTMANN GROUP since October 2021, Carles oversees Demand & Supply Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Customer Service, and Innovation Management in Western Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Previously, Carles held multiple leadership roles at Henkel from January 1999 to October 2021, including Head of Supply Operations for Midsize Countries in Western Europe and Head of Logistics for multiple major European markets. Carles began the career as a Production Manager at Saci Pumps and has a strong educational background, including an MBA from Esade and ongoing Strategy Execution programs at IESE Business School.
