Elle I. is an Associate Attorney in the Real Estate department at Paul Hastings, where current employment began in October 2023. Elle previously worked as a Summer Associate at the same firm from May to August 2022 and gained early legal experience as a 1L LCLD Summer Associate at McDermott Will & Emery in the summer of 2021. Prior to law school, Elle worked as a Litigation Paralegal at Proskauer Rose LLP from June 2018 to July 2020 and held positions including Innovation Fund Project Consultant at Durham County Criminal Justice Resource Center, Student Athletic Trainer with Duke University Football, Congressional Intern for U.S. Congressman Scott Garrett, Legal Intern at Andrew Cerco Jr Esq., and Investigator at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. Elle obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
