Destiny Harmon

Destiny Harmon is a Senior Sustainability Attorney in the Sustainability Advisory Practice at Paul Weiss, where they advise Fortune 100 companies on public disclosures, policies, corporate governance, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, they worked in the litigation department, handling regulatory and employment investigations as well as antitrust matters. Destiny previously served as Associate General Counsel at a technology company, where they also held positions as Director of Business Development and Director of Human Resources. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Boston College and are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice at Northeastern University, having also attended Hofstra Law School. Destiny has actively volunteered with organizations such as the National Veterans Legal Services and the Legal Aid Society.
