Mitchell Kinney serves as the Sr. Director of Global Logistics for Paula’s Choice Skincare, a Unilever brand, where leadership in logistics strategy and execution spans North America, Europe, and APAC, focusing on cost efficiency and operational excellence. Previously, Mitchell held roles as Director of Global Transportation & Trade Compliance, overseeing a global transportation team and optimizing delivery performance. Prior to Paula's Choice, significant experience includes positions at SanMar as Senior Manager of Global Transportation and at Walgreens as Transportation Manager, where management of substantial budgets and strategic improvements in transportation operations were achieved. Mitchell began a career in logistics at Talkingrain as Logistics Coordinator & Inventory Control. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Washington Bothell School of Business.
