Orla McCourt

Orla McCourt has an extensive background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Orla started their career at Target in 2008, where they held the positions of Executive Team Lead Asset Protection, Executive Team Lead Guest Experience, and Human Resources Executive. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an HR Senior Team Leader at KVK Tech, Inc. Following that, Orla served as the Director of Human Resources at Delavau Pharmaceutical Partners from 2017 to 2018. Orla then joined International Vitamin Corporation in 2018 as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Orla holds the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at PAVmed Inc., and they will transition to the role of Director Human Resources Operations in April 2023.

Orla McCourt, PHR, SHRM-CP attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice- Law as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science. In 2019, they obtained certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
