Gary Baumann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, consulting, and real estate. As President of Recognized Marketing and Consulting Inc. since January 2019, Gary has collaborated with various for-profit and nonprofit organizations to enhance branding, boost revenues, and develop strong teams. Gary also serves as an Associate Broker at Keller Williams and volunteers at Paws of War. Previously, Gary held the position of Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, where a top-performing real estate team was managed and achieved national recognition for sales volume. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Susquehanna University, earned between 1985 and 1989.

Paws of War is a registered 501(c)3, not for profit organization with a mission to train and place shelter dogs to serve and provide independence to our U.S. military veterans that suffer from the emotional effects of war such as PTSD, or TBI. In turn, each veteran can experience the therapeutic and unconditional love only a companion animal can bring. "Helping Both Ends of the Leash"
