SVP of Learning & Development at Pax8

Lynn Leadley is the SVP of Learning & Development at Pax8. Lynn has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales operations. Prior to joining Pax8, Lynn was the Executive Director of Global Sales Operations at IHS Markit, where they led a team of 80 colleagues globally. Lynn was responsible for the development and execution of the enterprise-wide Sales Operations strategy, with accountability for reporting and analytics, sales administrative support, CRM implementation, sales enablement tools and training, quota management, contract administration, quote-to-cash process improvement, product master data management, pricing strategy and tools, and change management. Lynn also partnered with internal groups (Sales, IT, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to increase Account Managers' effectiveness, gain critical insight and improve the lead-to-cash process. During their time at IHS Markit, Lynn created the Sales Advisory Group and led business requirements definition and launched Salesforce.com, including development and delivery of classroom and virtual training to a team of 300 Sales individuals across the globe. Lynn has demonstrated their ability to successfully integrate acquired companies’ processes, systems, and reporting frameworks through their advanced program management, change management skills, and customer-centric innovation.

Lynn Leadley has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware and is certified as a professional in training management from Training Industry, Inc.

Lynn Leadley reports to John Street, CEO. They work with Natasha Wright - CVP of Marketing, Aaron Watts - VP of International Sales, and Eric Stevens - SVP of Engineering.
