Francis Saillard

Francis Saillard is the Head of Finance for PayFit in France. Prior to this, they were the CFO for BLING from September 2021 to June 2022, where they were responsible for building top-notch finance and people departments. Before that, they were the Head of Finance for PayFit from April 2018 to June 2021, where they built the finance department from scratch and eventually managed a 20-person finance team for all of PayFit's entities.

Some of Francis's main achievements include fundraisings of 70M€ and 90M€, turning the business to negative WCR, acquisition of non-dilutive fundings 15M€, and re-focusing on gross margin to help the business scale. Francis has also done a deep dive into Payback, empowering new acquisition strategies.

In their role as Head of Finance, Francis is responsible for hiring and organizing the finance team, creating and automating reporting/budget/business plan, focusing on business KPIs to improve reliability and accuracy, managing banks relationships and cash management, adapting tools for hyper-growth, and overseeing accounting and audit processes. Francis also manages equity and legal corporate matters, as well as compensation policy and admin.
