Marie-Alice Tantardini

Marie-Alice Tantardini is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Chief People & Fulfillment Officer at PayFit since March 2023. Prior to this, Marie-Alice held the position of VP HRBP at Warner Bros. Discovery from September 2022 to March 2023, and served as the People & Culture Lead for France, Benelux, and Africa. From March 2014 to September 2022, Marie-Alice was the Human Resources Director for France & Benelux at Warner Bros. Entertainment, where previous roles included HR Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Oddo & Cie from May 2007 to February 2014, and internships in HR at The Dannon Company and Ford Motor Company. Marie-Alice holds a degree from HEC Paris and participated in an exchange MBA program at the UMN Carlson School of Management.
