Konstantin Djengozov

Konstantin Djengozov is the co-founder and CFO of Payhawk. Konstantin has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, business modeling, resource allocation, business development, M&A transactions, valuations, and pricing and licensing.

Prior to Payhawk, Konstantin was the deputy CFO at Software Group where they led a team of finance professionals in strategic planning and analysis, business modeling, resource allocation and ROI analysis, business development, M&A transactions, valuations, and pricing and licensing.

Before that, they were with Progress for 4 years as the Sr. Manager of Business Planning and Analysis where they oversaw similar responsibilities. Konstantin started their career at KPMG in 2008 as part of the Financial Services Audit Group. Konstantin quickly rose through the ranks and became a Sr. Advisor in Corporate Finance where they advised clients on a variety of transactions and restructuring projects in Bulgaria and the Balkans.

Konstantin has a deep understanding of corporate finance and is an expert in valuations, M&A transactions, business planning, feasibility studies, market analysis, and debt advisory. Konstantin is a key member of Payhawk’s management team and is instrumental in the company’s success.

Konstantin Djengozov has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and a Master's Degree in Finance from the University of World and National Economy. Konstantin is also certified from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and from the Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria (CIAB) as a Certified Business Appraiser.
