Nayden R. Raychinov

Nayden R. Raychinov currently serves as the Legal Director and previously as Senior Legal Counsel at Payhawk from March 2022. Additionally, Nayden is a Member of the Management Board at Plovdiv Citizen Club, a historic charity established in 1893. Prior legal experience includes roles as Attorney at Law from November 2019 to March 2022, and Attorney-at-Law at Spasov&Bratanov Lawyers' Partnership from October 2012 to November 2019, specializing in M&A, banking and finance, and corporate transactions. Nayden has also worked as a secondee at Vetropack Holding AG and Allen & Overy, focusing on Bulgarian law in M&A matters, and held various positions in law firms that included litigation and corporate legal services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a High School Diploma in Management of Small and Medium Sized Businesses from Tsar Simeon, The Great High School.
