Sonia Morozova began their career as a Researcher at MosGorPark in March 2015. Sonia was quickly promoted to Personal Assistant at the Moscow Urban Forum in October 2015. In April 2017, Sonia became a Researcher at Maastricht Bereikbaar. Sonia held this position until February 2018 when they were promoted to Business Development Manager at ARS Traffic & Transport Technology. Sonia held this position for over a year before joining PaymentGenes as a Payments Consultant in April 2019.

Sonia Morozova has a Master of Science from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), a Bachelor's degree from Diponegoro University, and a Bachelor's degree in World Economy and International Affairs from the Higher School of Economics.
