Sharon Cohen Barletz

Sharon Cohen Barletz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and internal controls. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Internal Controls at Payoneer since December 2018, Sharon leads the SOX and Internal Controls department, focusing on transforming the controls framework in line with NASDAQ public company standards. Prior to this role, Sharon worked at PwC Israel for over 11 years, progressing to Senior Manager in Risk Assurance Services, where expertise included IT audit and third-party assurance engagements. Earlier in the career, Sharon was an Investigative Auditor at Barlev-Investigative Auditing, specializing in fraud analysis. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University, a CPA in Accounting from Bar-Ilan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
