Anthony Ong is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving growth and managing teams across the financial services sector. Currently serving as Head of Inside Sales at PayPal, Anthony is responsible for Mid-Market merchant growth in Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, leading a team of Business Development Managers. Previously, as Vice President at Citi, Anthony oversaw acquisition strategies for consumer credit products, enhancing the efficiency of sales operations. Anthony's tenure at American Express includes roles as Analytics Manager and Senior Account Manager, where responsibilities included market strategy development and managing corporate client portfolios. Anthony's career began at the Singapore Sports Council, focusing on brand promotion and athlete profiling. Anthony holds a Master’s degree in IT in Business (Financial Services) from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Curtin University.
