Kenrick Fraser

Kenrick Fraser currently serves as the Global Head of Employee Community Impact & Partnerships at PayPal, a position held since January 2020, following a role as the Strategic Employee Volunteerism & Engagement Lead in Social Innovation. Prior experience includes serving as the Employee Engagement Lead for the Northeast and Commercial Bank at Capital One from January 2019 to January 2020, and as Americas Program Manager at Macquarie Group from January 2017 to January 2019, where Kenrick was also a founding Executive Committee member of the Unity employee network group. Earlier career experience includes the role of Employee Engagement Manager at UBS and a contract position related to Community Affairs & Corporate Responsibility from January 2016 to January 2017. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School and a Master of Public Administration in Management & Strategy from New York University, where Kenrick was also a Social Sector Leadership Diversity Fellow from February 2015 to May 2016.
