Laura Wilkinson

Laura Wilkinson is the Global Antitrust Counsel at PayPal, where they advise senior management on antitrust and competition law matters globally. They have extensive experience in antitrust law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances, having previously served as a partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Clifford Chance. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Attorney and Deputy Assistant Director at the Federal Trade Commission, managing merger enforcement litigation. Laura holds a dual MBA and JD from Cornell University and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
