Shantanu P.

Shantanu P. is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience across prominent organizations including PayPal, Walmart Global Tech, and PayU. Currently serving as VP of Risk, Identity & Common Foundation at PayPal and site leader in Bengaluru since 2024, Shantanu previously held the role of VP at Walmart Global Tech, where leadership encompassed a team of over 700 engineers to enhance the omnichannel eCommerce customer journey. As Chief Technology Officer at Apna, Shantanu drove technological innovations for a platform with over 39 million users. Earlier positions include roles at PayU, Walmart Global Tech India, Yahoo!, Dell, TriVium Systems, and GE, where Shantanu developed large-scale systems and architectures in eCommerce, supply chain, and fintech. Shantanu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
