Alan Schwartz

Alan Schwartz currently serves as the Head of Rewards & People Operations at PayRetailers, starting in November 2023, where responsibilities include managing compensation costs in accordance with the company’s philosophy and values. Prior to this role, Alan held various positions including Senior Compensation & Benefits Lead at N26 from May 2021 to October 2023, and Implementation Consultant at CloudPay from July 2020 to April 2021. Previous experience includes roles such as WFM Business Analyst at CPM International and HR Business Analyst at MetroMedia es Metro 95.1, among others. Alan also has a background in academia as a lecturer at Universidad de Buenos Aires and holds a Licentiate degree in Labor Relations from the same institution, earned between 2003 and 2008.
