Josephine Vaughan

Josephine Vaughan, PCP, is an experienced payroll professional currently serving as the Manager of Implementation at Payworks Payroll Services Canada since January 2024. Prior to this role, Josephine held multiple positions at Deluxe, including Payroll Implementation Manager and Client Payroll Services Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team of Payroll Specialists and providing expertise on payroll legislation. Earlier experience includes serving as Payroll Customer Service Team Lead at NEBS, processing payrolls for clients across Canada and handling client escalations. Josephine is pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management at Conestoga College and holds a Payroll Compliance Certification from Everest College Ontario Canada.
