Don Platts

Don Platts, BSc, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology management and technical support. Currently serving as a Program Manager for Technical Support at PBS Systems Inc. since February 2022, Don previously held significant positions at AECOM from October 2010, including Information Technology Operations Manager and Information Technology Operations Support Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing internal technical support across Canada. Don also managed IT operations at IBM as Service Integration Leader from 2017 to 2021, leading a 15-member team in support of over 45 offices across Canada. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Service Desk Team Leader and Support Analyst at Elementis Holdings, managing a team serving a diverse global user base.
