Joshua Hinckley

Joshua Hinckley is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at PCL Construction since September 2025. Prior to this role, Joshua held various positions at Alder Construction from January 2010 to September 2025, including Director of Operations and Senior Project Manager, overseeing significant projects such as the Provo Water Reclamation Facility and the TSSD Package C upgrades. Joshua's project management experience encompasses the successful completion of multiple large-scale infrastructure developments, including a 225,000-gallon fire suppression tank and the Thermal Dryer Rebuild at SVWRF. Earlier in Joshua's career, roles included Project Engineer for major water tank and piping installations and Field Engineer for a 15 MGD wastewater treatment plant.
