Douglas Welliver

Douglas Welliver is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in non-profit and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Finance at PCMA since April 2021, Douglas previously held key positions including Senior Financial Analyst at Heartland Alliance, Senior Accountant at Connect Search, LLC, and Finance and Grants Director at World Relief. In the latter role, Douglas provided financial leadership for US Ministries and corporate grants, overseeing teams both domestically and internationally. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Financial Officer at Breaking Ground, Inc., Controller at Oak Trace, and Corporate Controller at VibrantLiving Communities and Services. Douglas holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from LeTourneau University.
