Dan Eads

Dan Eads is an experienced finance and technology professional currently serving as Vice President at PDT Partners since September 2025. Prior to this role, Eads worked as an SRE at Citadel Securities from January 2023 to August 2025 and held positions at PDT Partners as an Associate from August 2019 to June 2022 and as a Course Assistant in the Data Analytics Bootcamp at Columbia Engineering in 2019.
