Akila Rathnayake

Akila Rathnayake is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and software testing, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Pearson since June 2024. Previously, Akila worked at Kaleris as a QA Automation Engineer from July 2022 to June 2024, and at Virtusa as a QA Engineer and Associate QA Automation Engineer between February 2020 and June 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Procurement Officer at Outdesk from January 2019 to February 2020. Akila holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, and Mathematics from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, as well as a Master of Information Technology from Cardiff Metropolitan University. Academic foundations were further established at Maliyadeva College.
