Brew Johnson is the Founder and CEO at PeerStreet, a real estate investing platform. Brew has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and technology industries.

Brew started their career as an attorney at Allen Matkins, where they worked for three years before moving to Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. In 2006, they left their law firm to start VirtualTourist Publications, where they served as President & Publisher for just over a year.

In 2007, Brew transitioned to the tech industry and joined OneTime.com as their Director of Business Development. Brew then moved to VirtualTourist.com in October 2007, where they held the same title for three years. In 2010, they founded DBP Enterprises, LLC, a real estate consulting firm, which they ran for three years before joining PeerStreet in 2013.

Brew Johnson attended the University of Southern California for their undergraduate degree, where they studied international relations, history, and law. Brew then attended the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law for their Juris Doctorate. After law school, they worked as an attorney at Pepperdine Law. Brew is currently a partner at Westlake High School.
