Cynthia Stuebner

Cynthia Stuebner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategizing and leading business development initiatives within the defense and government contracting sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of GTM Strategy and Business Development at Pegasystems since January 2018, Cynthia focuses on innovative transformation and corporate foresight. Prior to this role, Cynthia held senior positions at Lockheed Martin Corporation, including Sr. Manager for Capture Strategy and Business Development, where responsibilities included facilitating strategy development and leading capture excellence for high-priority opportunities. Additionally, Cynthia has held leadership roles in competitive intelligence and corporate strategy at organizations such as L-3 Communications, Fannie Mae, Oracle Corporation, and others. Cynthia holds a BS in Finance from Penn State University, a Master of Science in Foresight from the University of Houston, and an MBA in Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
