Jason Ouimette

Jason Ouimette is an accomplished product management professional currently serving as Principal Product Manager for Conversational AI at Pegasystems since December 2022. In this role, Jason leads the development of AI solutions, focusing on enhancing agent workflows through advanced technologies such as Agentic models and Generative AI. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Product Consultant at Noble Family Enterprises where responsibilities included product management and UI/UX design for prototype applications. Jason's extensive experience at Noble Systems spanned from May 2004 to July 2021, culminating in a role as Vice President of Product Management, where Jason developed a successful hybrid premise/SaaS product platform and significantly increased product revenue. Earlier career experience includes serving as Implementation Director at Tony Hoffman Productions and a Senior Systems Administrator role.
