Bijay Ghosh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and product management, currently serving as Senior Director - Solutions and Support at Pelatro since June 2013. In this role, Bijay oversees global customer support operations, ensuring high-quality service, effective escalation processes, and timely issue resolution while maintaining service level agreements. Bijay has also led strategic customer engagement initiatives, collaborating closely with CXOs to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Prior to Pelatro, Bijay held several positions at Subex and Accenture, gaining expertise in testing, support, and implementation. Bijay holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Malla Reddy College of Engineering and Technology.
