David Reck

As Chief Technology Officer, David leads the Solutions & Technology team within PELITAS creating scalable, highly integrated, cloud first platforms. He is passionate about using technology to solve complex healthcare problems driven by his desire to exceed client needs and create disruption within the market. David has over 20 years of custom solution development experience. He started his career as consultant with Arthur Andersen and Hitachi Consulting in a developer role creating custom solutions for a variety of industries. Transitioning to UnitedHealthcare where he had responsibility for defining the technology approach and architecture for their university health plan division. Later moving to a role where he led the teams developing the custom products necessary to support the university health plan division. Prior to joining PELITAS he was a part of the Navigant RCM senior leadership team responsible for developing internal in external healthcare revenue cycle products. David has deep technical experience in building scalable products and analytic deployed to the cloud. He is a champion of Agile development methodologies allowing his teams to shorten client feedback loops, better align with client emerging priorities, and deliver incremental client value at a rapid pace.

David lives in Lucas, TX with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending his spare time with his family, attending his children’s sporting events, watching movies, or biking. His personal passion is fishing and looks for every opportunity hit the lake.
