Deanne Weaver

Deanne Weaver has served as Operations Director at Pen Underwriting UK since October 2014, where Deanne oversees the specialist Hazardous Goods & Environmental team in Leatherhead. Prior to this role, Deanne held the same title at Towergate Underwriting Group Limited from May 2006 to September 2014, where Deanne managed a team of around 160 individuals, handled day-to-day processes, system upgrades/development, training & development, expense control, operational reporting, change management, and call centre management.
