Sneha Raghavan

Sneha Raghavan is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer success, data analytics, and strategic operations, currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Success at Pendo.io since May 2019. In this role, Sneha acts as a strategic partner to the CEO and the executive team, facilitating key meetings and aligning on strategic decisions. Prior to this position, Sneha held various roles at Pendo, including Senior Director and Director of Analytics, where responsibilities included analytics roadmap development and predictive modeling to enhance customer success initiatives. Sneha's experience extends to previous roles at Red Hat and Whereoware, focusing on data science and marketing operations, complemented by foundational research positions at the Center for Global Development and CSIS. Educationally, Sneha holds a Master of Science in Analytics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from William & Mary.
