William Sitzabee

William Sitzabee is the Vice President for Facilities Management and Planning at Penn State University. William previously served as the Vice President at Cornell University from July 2012 to July 2017. Prior to that, they had a long career with the United States Air Force, serving from August 1989 to October 2014.

William Sitzabee has a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
